From Milwaukee, WI his industrial career began in 1977. His background in the electric motor and power transmission industries is both technical and diverse. Both lecturing and published in the field of energy efficient motor systems and applications, he worked in the marketing department of a major power transmission distributor writing selection guides, interchange guides, and educational programs. His sales experience with Baldor, Boston Gear, and General Electric has been award winning for his achievements in sales of motors and drives. John has Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Distributive Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Rick joined the EMPOWER Sales Team in May 2011 and comes from an extensive career in Electrical Controls and Automation focusing on the industrial MRO, Contract Manufacturing and OEM Markets.

Dan joined EMPOWER in September 2011, after working as a Project Engineer for a large mechanical contractor in Los Angeles for 2 years. He graduated with his BS in Mechanial Engineering from USC in 2009.
