EMPOWER Sales was founded as a natural extension of the owners existing years of sales experience and desire for independent growth. Previous employers, competitors, and customers, alike have individually recognized and awarded us as “winners”. We practice “relationship selling” and are well known and respected in our marketplace. We are also synergistic due to our complimentary backgrounds. Bill Carroll’s focus was with selling Marathon Electric products to OEM’s and Industrial Distribution. John Rademacher’s focus was marketing and applications. Customer training and sales assistance particularly with power transmission distributors, and large users allowed him to support growth in tough markets. We know both products and the market place, which make us a formidable team.
